
Spice lovers, here is a dish that u can thoroughly enjoy preparing as well as eating. This dish is made of very generic spices but could be very addictive at times.
Ingredients :
1 kg chicken boneless
4 onions
1 green chilly
6 garlic pieces
25g ginger
salt and pepper
Method :
Boil the chicken till its very soft. Cut the chicken finely into small threads.Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Then add the onions, finely chopped ginger and the garlic pieces. Fry till golden brown. Then add salt and chicken. Fry till the oil seperates from the chicken. Add pepper finally and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Your tasty chicken would taste great with rice or rotis.
