The perfect diet to lose weight

Meal plan 1

Morning 8 AM - 1Slice whole wheat bread and i cup yogurt/1 fruit

11 AM - Getrim 1 glass

1 PM - 2 rotis with 1 cup dhal and 2 cups vegetable

5 PM - Getrim 1 glass

8 PM - vegetable sandwich 1 serving

With this let me tell you one thing that GETRIM drink id little expensive it costs around 600 rs per pack. But this can be used for 1 whole month.
